SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order & send

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Unfortunately, we are not always able to comply with this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The prices stated on the website are in Euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Payment via the webshop is securely arranged by the payment provider Stripe.

The shipping costs are:

  • Shipping NL: € 5,- / Free shipping from € 25,-
  • Shipping BE: €7.50 / Free shipping from €30
  • Shipping abroad: the shipping costs to the relevant country will be charged with the order.

Blossombs is not liable for damage to or loss of the shipped products.

Returns & right of withdrawal

Reflection time/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning to the webshop are for your own account. When you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@blossombs.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
If you keep one or more items from the order, you will only get the costs of the rest of the order back, not the shipping costs or any administration costs

Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
